She's been so determined to ride that bike without the training wheels and is doing pretty well. The roads at the beach are perfect for learning - smooth pavement and little traffic this time of year. So proud of her!
They had a great time playing on pirate on the boat in the driveway as it's being prepped for its spring water debut.
Haven't done much knitting in a long time, sadly. Hoping to get my mojo back. I've crazy busy with a bunch of things I've managed to volunteer myself - all interesting, but none pay me. Oh well, guess for the moment I'm at least keeping my skills fresh.
My two favorite things have been a Landscape Design class at the New York Botanical Garden, which ends this week. It was a short survey class, but it felt good to be back in a class room setting. The other thing I got involved with over the weekend is a children's flower garden in the neighborhood as part of a city wide Adopt-a-Lot program. Should be lots of fun and it's moving quickly.
That's all I have for the moment - happy Monday!
